Hi! I’m Pavan – motorcycle enthusiast, long-distance wanderer, and someone who learned the hard way that real change comes from understanding, not just coping.
At age 9, I watched my best friend die. That moment changed everything. By college, I was struggling through engineering (not by choice), dealing with depression, and eventually dropped out – leading my family to show me the door. Yeah, not exactly the highlight reel of life.
Know that feeling when everyone says “just meditate” or “have you tried this app?” while you’re silently drowning inside?
Been there. I went through the whole circus – therapists who called it “just depression,” experts who pushed medications, and countless solutions that did nothing but drain my wallet and hope.
The Discovery That Changed Everything
Here’s the thing – all those quick fixes weren’t working because they were just band-aids on deeper wounds. I needed answers that went beyond “take deep breaths” or “think positive.” So I went searching. Dove deep into trauma science, psychology, and most importantly, started understanding how our past experiences shape everything about our present.
Want to know what I discovered? Those “random” reactions you have? They’re not random at all. Those patterns that keep showing up in your life? They’re trying to tell you something. And once you understand what they’re saying, everything changes.
That’s why I created this breakthrough session. Over the last few years, I’ve helped more than 600 people move from
“why do I keep doing this?” to “oh, THAT’S why!” And let me tell you – watching someone finally understand themselves, sometimes for the first time in their life, is even better than the freedom of an open road
(and that’s saying something, coming from a biker!).
My mission is simple: help you see what’s really driving your responses, so you can finally break free from the cycle of temporary solutions and create lasting change. Because you deserve more than just coping techniques – you deserve real understanding.
Ready to cut through the noise and get to what’s really going on? Let’s talk.
